Please review the following information before completing a cryptocurrency payment on ICOINBOX.
During BETA, ICOINBOX accepts BTC, ETH (Ethereum mainnet), DOGE, SOL, LTC, USDC (ERC-20 and Base), and USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20, and Base).
Only the assets and blockchain networks displayed during checkout are supported for payment.
ICOINBOX does not currently offer native iOS or Android apps.
For the smoothest checkout and crypto payment experience during BETA, we recommend using icoinbox.com on a desktop, laptop, or tablet.
During BETA, ICOINBOX uses Plisio as its sole cryptocurrency payment gateway for website orders.
ICOINBOX covers the Plisio payment-processing fee. You are responsible for the blockchain network fee charged when you send the transaction, commonly referred to as a gas fee on some networks.
Network fees vary by blockchain and current network conditions and are not paid to ICOINBOX.
Plisio calculates the cryptocurrency amount due using the exchange rate applied when your payment invoice is generated.
After you select an asset and blockchain network, the Plisio payment page displays the exact payment amount, wallet address, and QR code.
Send the exact cryptocurrency amount displayed by Plisio, including every decimal place shown; for example, if the payment page displays 0.00154409 BTC, send exactly 0.00154409 BTC.
Send the transaction before the payment countdown displayed by Plisio expires.
Sending a different amount may cause the invoice to be marked as underpaid, overpaid, expired, or otherwise require additional review.
Always verify the amount before authorizing the transaction in your wallet.

Example: Send the exact amount shown by Plisio
After your wallet broadcasts the transaction, Plisio waits for the required number of on-chain confirmations before marking the payment as complete.
Confirmation requirements and processing times vary by asset, blockchain, and current network conditions. Many payments confirm within a few minutes, but network congestion or additional confirmation requirements may cause longer delays.
You may keep the Plisio payment page open to watch the payment status update, or close it after your wallet shows that the transaction has been successfully sent.
Closing the payment page does not cancel a transaction that has already been broadcast to the blockchain.
Once the required cryptocurrency has been received and confirmed, ICOINBOX will begin processing your order.
Do not send the payment again simply because the transaction is still awaiting confirmation.
Before authorizing payment, verify all of the following:
Only send payment using the address and payment details generated by the official Plisio payment page opened through checkout at icoinbox.com.
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. Funds sent to an incorrect address, through an incorrect or unsupported blockchain network, using an unsupported asset, or outside the official payment instructions may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ICOINBOX is not responsible for losses caused by payment information incorrectly entered or selected by the customer.
ICOINBOX cannot credit or recover funds that ICOINBOX or Plisio does not receive.
If you sent the correct payment but your order status does not update after the required blockchain confirmations, contact ICOINBOX through the contact form on our website or by email at support@icoinbox.com.
Please include your order number and transaction hash so that we can review the payment.
